1. The pilot city shall submit the standard experimentation plan to the ISSCC secretariat for review;

2. The secretariat will arrange think tank experts to conduct on-site inspection and issue reports, which will be submitted to the Council for acceptance.

3. The secretariat will organize the Council to review the pilot plan submitted by the applicant and submit it to the Chairman after being approved by over 2/3 of members.

4. After being approved by the chairman with signature on the application form, the experimentation area certificate will be awarded to the pilot city.

1. The pilot city shall report the progress of practical work on experiment the urban sustainable development international standards to ISO/TC268 for three times.

2. The pilot city shall organize an on-site inspection with at least three ISO/TC268 experts present;

3. The pilot city shall submit an experimentation report to the ISSCC secretariat, and put forward their needs and suggestions for improvement of standards.

4. The secretariat will organize think tank experts to review the report and submit it to the Council for acceptance.

5. The secretariat will organize the Council to review the report and submit it to the chairman after being approved by over 2/3 of members.

6. After being approved by the chairman with signature on the application form, the demonstration area certificate will be awarded to the pilot city.
