Based on the characteristics of public health emergencies and on the basis of ISO 37106:2021 guide for sustainable development of cities and communities and establishment of smart city operation model, this standard summarizes and improves the specific practice of China's guidelines of "scientific accuracy and dynamic zeroing" in the field of smart cities, Combined with the experience of smart cities around the world in fighting the epidemic, help urban managers make better use of the open and collaborative smart city operation model to improve their ability to respond to public health emergencies. The successful establishment of this standard indicates that the experience of China's smart cities in dealing with the epidemic will have the opportunity to rise to international consensus. In the future, we hope that more cities and communities can also participate, integrate the "Chinese experience" into international standards and conduct foreign exchanges and cooperation.
