Resolution on ISSCC Technical Decision-Making Committee 1st Preparation Meeting

Resolution

1. To a certain stage of development of ISSCC, qualification inspecting shall be conducted to review new members, make experimentation, collect information and give feedback.there should be acceptance procedure for member entering with experimentation, information collection and feedback.   

2. It is suggested that the following three things be included in work of the club.   

   ○   Small and medium-sized cities topic

   ○   Provide infrastructure and services for the senior citizen 　   

   ○   Beijing - Hangzhou the Grand Canal concept

3. Dr. Bernard GINDROZ is the Chairman, and Ms. SHAO Xinhua was authorized as the first Secretary General of ISSCC

   with a term of 5 years.   

4. Hold the 2^nd   club Assembly in 2018, time and place to be determined.
